There is a lot of research being done that shows that children need both parents in their lives and as close to equally as possible. So why does our system not promote shared parenting? Many lawyers and judges and psychologists who are put out as experts unfortunately are not up to date on all the information that is out there. Today the Divorce Courts and the parasitic lawyers populating them, have unleashed a crisis of fatherhood in America. 1 in 3 children live without their biological father in the home, with 40 percent having not seen their dad for more than a year.
